Step 1: Quote
Use our fast and easy freight calculator to obtain your freight costing. Our quotation will contain all your freight fees from door to door or port to door, including your customs and taxes. Excluding change of terms or size, this will be your accurate quote from point A to point B.
Read up on how easy it is to get a freight quote.
Step 2: Book
With the quote accepted, we then book the shipment. This includes coordinating loading, loading location and collection times from door or port with the vessel or flight details. We also manage the re-measure to ensure all the shipment particulars for the booking are finalised and accurate as per your initial quote.
Step 3: Shipping
The shipment has now been picked up from port or door and organised to leave the country of origin. It then will be cleared at custom in the destination country. Finally, it has arrived into the country of destination. At this stage payment for the shipping needs to be processed and funds cleared before the final stage of delivery.
Read up on what payment methods we accept and how to pay.
Step 4: Delivery
Sit back and relax as we go about delivering the goods to door or port. Delivery will be on weekends and you must make sure someone will be available to receive the goods. The sea freight LCL (less than container) service will be delivered at any time during the day of delivery. The air freight service will be delivered either in the morning or afternoon. It is not possible to set appointments to receive goods.
