You may encounter the following error messages when you open the application.
The licence cannot be checked out. The licence is blacklisted. (1:33)
Solution
1. Close Micromine Geobank if you have it open
1. Re-open Micromine Geobank
2. Click Check for License updates
3. Follow the prompts until you receive the Finished prompt

There are several reasons for this however the two most common are
- Licence issuance expiries
- Network issues.
